Waiterrant and conchalibre

Today I again want to express my deep reverence to the world of bloggers.
This world is so fascinating and if I do not have my daily dosis of blogs, I somehow feel only half...(is this an addiction?)

I like honest and observing blogs the most.
Especially the ones that come from people, that work hard, get too less money and are confronted with the cruelty and impossibilities of their (mostly) wealthy clients: Waiters and waitresses in restaurants or clubs...

For me, it gives a totally different look to this business.
I personally want to be freindly to all restaurant people I will ever met in the future (which I was in the past too...honestly!)
